Most commissions take five weeks from first consultation to delivery: one week for sketches, two for the wax model and your approval, and two for casting, setting, and finishing. Engagement rings on a deadline can sometimes be expedited — ask early.
Warm water, a drop of dish soap, and a soft brush — five minutes a month. Skip ultrasonic cleaners for emeralds and pearls; bring those to us instead.

Collection pieces: 30 days, unworn, full refund. Bespoke commissions are yours from the wax approval on — which is why we put so much care into the wax stage.
